My days of birth (Special edition)

A thankful heart

Herald of maranatha:Daily Devotional
Topic:  My days of birth (Special edition)

Psalm 90:12 KJV
So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.
My first day of birth the world rejoiced, and everyone congratulated my parents.
My second day of birth, the heavens rejoiced and everyone congratulated me.
"Luke 15:7 KJV
I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance."
My first day of birth, I was just another new baby.
My second day of birth, I became a new creature.
"2 Corinthians 5:17 KJV
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new."
At my first birth, everyone saw me as one beginning a life that ends at death.
At my second birth, death became a gain for me, a transition into life eternal.
"Philippians 1:21 KJV
For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain."
Everyone celebrates birthday, but we give less consideration to the birth that matters.
Are you born again?
It's better not to experience the first birth than to have it without experiencing the second.
Everyone who experiences two births should experience only death(body), anyone who experiences only one birth will no doubt experience two deaths (body and soul in hell).
"Revelation 20:12-15 KJV
And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. [13] And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. [14] And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. [15] And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire."
You can be saved just now !
Confess, forsake and repent of your sins. Confess Jesus as your Lord and saviour and invite him into your heart.
If you've done that.
Then I wish you a happy birthday.

Prayers: Oh Lord Jesus, I confess you as my Lord and saviour, come into my heart and save me and dwell with me from now and forever.

Remain blessed
